Strathmore Foods is based in Forfar, Angus, and has grown to be one of the major employers in this rural Scottish community with 150 trained staff.

The company won the Tayside Business Awards for Excellence in Skills and Learning in 2004 and became a finalist of the 2004 Enterprising Scotland Awards also for Excellence in Skills and Learning.
Strathmore's emphasis on training and valuing its staff has ensured that it’s Investor in People accreditation status, of which the company is extremely proud, has continued since 2002.
